Do you have a child attending college? If you are a member, or the employee of a member, of the Texas Water Quality Association, now is the time to apply for the 2016 Jo Grace TWQA Scholarship. Applications will be accepted from January 1 through March 1 and the winner will be announced at this year's annual convention and exposition in Austin, TX.
